Our consultants then perform a ‘gap analysis’ by interacting with the client and also utilising our prior experience to determine the optimal processes and systems to be followed by the organisation. It is at this stage that SANDS in conjunction with the client develops a transition plan to convert the as-is systems and processes to the earlier identified optimal stage. The transition plan includes both improvements in business processes and improvements in technology as well as risk mitigation strategies to ensure that the transition occurs smoothly.
